The portable peritoneal dialysis suitcase SMART PD CASE is compatible with all the systems and the matching peritoneal dialysis bags, even with the Fresenius system (using Stay safe)

IT REDUCES THE TIME NEEDED FOR THE CHANGE AND IT ALSO IS AN INDICATION OF THE CATHETERE’S GOOD FUNCTION

By using the fluids scale, the patient is able to constantly measure the amount of the fluids coming out of his abdominal area (or belly), with complete accuracy and without pauses. By the observation of the process, the patient, will realize that they are able to excrete the usual amount of fluids in a certain amount of time, usually in way less time than the indicated of the 30 min.
At the same time, the flow of the solution, if having the usual outflow speed, shows the correct place of the catheter on the peritoneal cavity. In case it starts delaying the starting process, beyond the normal waiting time, it is a sign of a catheter malfunction.

The SMART PD CASE contains two stainless steel hooks that can be hanged on a door, on a nail on the wall or on a wardrobe’s door, where the solution sack can be hanged on.
